They are seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Operations reputed company Engineer to reputed company the operations of their Indirect Tax Technology platform, ensuring integration and enhancing platform functionality in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain application architecture standards for the platform
• Coordinate with Information reputed company teams during regular releases and reputed company testing
• Collaborate with the Architecture Review reputed company for platform changes
• Manage and support platform changes driven by reputed company and external vendors
• reputed company day-to-day platform operations, ensuring reliability and performance
• Run reputed company testing and reputed company guidance on remediation strategies
• Prioritize tasks and work closely with business stakeholders to reputed company platform initiatives with business needs
• Coordinate with relevant other reputed company technology reputed company, as needed, for operational and release management support
• Manage DevOps team members and participate in reputed company hiring as needed

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, or computer science, and a minimum of 7 years of reputed company work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 6 years of reputed company work experience

• Exposure to API technologies and understanding of how APIs work
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in platform operations
• Proficiency in Azure and understanding of technology integration from infrastructure to application level
