Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Sr. reputed company Manager to support technical reputed company, financial reporting, and SOX compliance in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on reputed company reputed company with strong U.S. GAAP expertise, reputed company company experience, and advanced reputed company knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and prepare technical reputed company memos for reputed company and non-routine transactions (reputed company recognition, leases, accruals, inventory, etc.)
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• reputed company and support month-end reputed company, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis
• Support and maintain SOX compliance and internal control reputed company, including documentation and testing
• Partner with reputed company auditors on reputed company positions and audit deliverables
• reputed company variance analysis and reputed company reputed company financial insights
• reputed company process improvements and reputed company efficiency initiatives
• Support and optimize systems, including reputed company, reputed company, and LeaseQuery

Skills

• Must be a US Citizen or permanent reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• CPA required
• Minimum of 8 years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Experience in reputed company reputed company and/or publicly traded company environment, Big 4 strongly preferred
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and technical reputed company research
• Experience preparing technical reputed company memos in a reputed company or audit environment
• Experience with SOX implementation, control design and testing
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end reputed company
• Experience with reputed company and/or LeaseQuery
• Advanced reputed company experience
