As a Senior CSM at reputed company, you will own a portfolio of strategic global customers, focusing on retention, expansion, and delivering measurable ROI across their supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of reputed company and global accounts, managing reputed company orgs and stakeholders
• Drive renewals and expansion, including identifying, building, and closing upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders (Director → C-suite) and reputed company as a strategic advisor
• reputed company Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) reputed company on ROI, insights, and reputed company recommendations
• Translate data into actionable insights that drive cost savings and operational improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ops, and Sales to deliver customer reputed company

• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across accounts and drive reputed company

Skills

• 6+ years of relevant reputed company, Account Management, or similar roles (logistics/supply chain, B2B reputed company, or payments preferred)

• Experience managing reputed company and/or global accounts with reputed company stakeholders
• Strong executive reputed company and ability to influence senior leaders
