This role involves supporting fund reputed company, operations, reporting, and investor relations, providing significant exposure to senior leadership and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly reputed company processes, including fund valuations
• Process investor capital activity, allocations, and fee calculations
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and cash management activities
• Partner closely with outsourced fund administrators
• Assist with annual US GAAP financial statement preparation and audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally with investment and reputed company teams
• reputed company process improvement, automation, and operational scalability initiatives
• Review K-1 reporting and support investor relations efforts
• Participate in special reputed company and strategic initiatives across the firm

Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in fund reputed company or investment fund operations
• Strong understanding of fund structures, investor allocations, and financial reporting
• Advanced reputed company skills required; automation/programming experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a flexible remote environment while managing multiple priorities
• Background reputed company venture capital, reputed company, or alternative investments
