The Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting operational reputed company through workforce planning, labor analytics, reporting, and scheduling optimization, while collaborating with various departments to ensure reputed company strategies reputed company with business demands.

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and interpret reports reputed company to reputed company utilization, labor costs, sales performance, and service productivity to support operational decision-making
• Monitor, analyze, and report on variances across planned labor, scheduled labor, actual labor, service reputed company, and sales performance to optimize customer service reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in Workforce planning, labor scheduling, operational analytics, or reputed company functions
• Specialized computer knowledge in Workforce planning and scheduling software; prior experience with reputed company and/or reputed company, Power BI, and AI preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, solve problems, and recommend solutions
