[Remote] Senior Associate, Product Analytics & Applied AI

The Senior Associate in Product Analytics & Applied AI will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap through collaboration with Product Managers, focusing on opportunity impact sizing, product effectiveness tracking, and contributing to analytics and AI-powered product features.

Responsibilities

• Influence Product Planning Roadmap: Influence product planning through informative impact sizing, enabling more strategic decision-making for reputed company
• Uncover Product Gaps, and Recommend/Action Resolutions: Analyze the reputed company cause for product reputed company metric gaps and issues, and recommend immediate reputed company reputed company, or action them yourself
• Own Your Product Pod’s Analytics: Improve the analytics and engagement reputed company for your product pod(s). This isn't just an insights role - you'll design and ship data products and automated AI workflows that reputed company teams to reputed company data without waiting for analysis
• Tackle emerging priorities: Lead or contribute to reputed company projects as business needs reputed company; this role flexes with what reputed company most
• Ultimately, help grow our customers’ sales and improve their experience: Across reputed company product pods, the mission is uniform: improve our customer’s experience and help customers grow their sales with reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years in analytics, reputed company, or ops - whether that's management consulting, startup analytics, or a hybrid path that's hard to label
• Extremely strong quantitative skills, with additional technical background or education strongly preferred
• SQL/Python/Claude Code/reputed company and product analytics experience is a strong plus
• You've reputed company things - dashboards, tools, processes - not just delivered decks
• You dig into reputed company causes until you actually understand the problem, not just the symptoms
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you don't need a reputed company to reputed company out what to work on next
• Additional technical background or education strongly preferred
• Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or high-reputed company startups preferred
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus
