[Remote] Payroll Transformation Project Manager

As a Payroll Transformation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the payroll transformation programme, coordinating migration activities, and ensuring minimal operational disruption across multiple business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the planning, governance, and delivery of the payroll migration programme across reputed company hubs and spokes
• Work closely with Payroll teams to understand reputed company processes, operational requirements and migration readiness. reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budget and resource allocation
• Coordinate hub-by-hub migration activity, ensuring rollout reputed company is reputed company and realistic
• Coordinate with Technology, Procurement and reputed company-party providers to ensure system, contract and implementation dependencies are managed effectively
• Support the planning and delivery of user testing, reputed company runs, data validation, training and go-live readiness
