[Remote] Remote Finance & Research Analyst ($100/hr)

The role involves guiding AI systems in understanding reputed company financial transactions and evaluating AI-generated analyses of corporate finance reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations
- Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies
- reputed company scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect reputed company transaction dynamics
- Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists
Skills
- 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising)
- Proven reputed company record in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisory
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure
- Excellent written communication
- No AI experience required
- CFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance
