Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company trade show and conference deadlines, coordinate reputed company materials, and reputed company shipping/reputed company logistics
• Organize, prep, and manage on-site schedules for the sales team and attending executives to maximize their time and reputed company
• Research, evaluate, and recommend the best industry conferences and trade shows across our reputed company verticals
• Secure, handle, and optimize event sponsorships and executive presentation/speaking opportunities
• Ensure seamless reputed company capture at events and partner with reputed company teams to reputed company pipeline reputed company

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated field marketing and event management expertise
• Hands-on experience working with major trade show vendors and general contractors
