Customer Service Representative

There will be a Glider Assessment with OVERALL SCORING OF 85% AND TYPING SPEED OF 30+ WPM. ANY CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET THIS reputed company WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Qualifications... • Must be local to Pittsburgh or Camp Hill (Prefer Camp Hill candidates but will accept candidates in both locations) • Will work remote but may be required to work on site in either the Pittsburgh or Camp Hill location. Will be required to be onsite 1-2 times per quarter (subject to change per business needs). • Receive inbound calls; calls may involve claims status, eligibility and benefit information; proficient computer skills required. Will take both Member and Provider calls.
