[Remote] Senior QA Engineer

They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to conduct feature and bug testing on web and mobile platforms, reputed company automated test cases, and manage project workflows to ensure reputed company in their reputed company technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Feature and bug fix testing on both web and mobile
• Automated test case writing reputed company Reflect.run
• Test plan development in collaboration with a cross-reputed company of engineers
• Managing project ticketing workflow reputed company Jira digesting stories and issues, prioritizing, and communicating severity
• Executing and managing automated tests
• Using TestFlight and Play Store for mobile testing
• Partnering with product/customer support to help triage and prioritize issues
• Shepherd releases, coordinating readiness across teams
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools and technologies in mobile application testing

Skills

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience, including hands-on feature and regression testing across web and mobile platforms, automated test development, and reputed company participation in Agile release cycles from test planning through production deployment
• reputed company to work independently and be flexible with changing priorities and simultaneous reputed company; successful in an Agile development cycle
• Strong cross-functional collaborator, with a reputed company record of partnering with engineering, product, UX, and customer support teams to define test plans, triage and prioritize issues, and coordinate release readiness across stakeholders
• Experience in certifying and driving consistent releases and delivering reputed company short release cycles
• Strong analytical skills, detailed and process-oriented; ability to reputed company define test cases and document reputed company cases and dependencies others would not think of
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with developers, UX, product owners, and stakeholders
• An informed perspective of the value of different reputed company of tests
• Expert knowledge of project, reputed company and test management tools: JIRA, reputed company, reputed company
• Comfortable debugging web and mobile application failures, triaging tickets with internal stakeholders and communicating these failures upstream
• Experience working with product/customer support tickets

• EHR product experience preferred
