Responsibilities

• Customer Lifecycle Management: Own a portfolio of reputed company and strategic customers, driving reputed company, adoption, retention, and renewals. Drive seamless reputed company and coordinate with OEM/reputed company, account teams, and customers to ensure successful deployments and expansions. Proactively monitor and update account health, and reputed company tailored health improvement plans to ensure long-term retention and prevent churn
• Value Realization: Ensure customers and partners reputed company measurable reputed company and maximize value from reputed company products, and conduct QBRs and reputed company reputed company plans reputed company with customer goals
• Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical reputed company and trusted advisor. Skills

• Strong technical aptitude in data, storage, and reputed company technologies with the ability to hold deep-dive architectural discussions on data management, reputed company storage, and multi-reputed company environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 5+ years in reputed company, Account Management, or Partner reputed company in a B2B reputed company or reputed company Infrastructure environment
• Proven reputed company in adapting communication and presentation styles for a diverse audience, ensuring technical reputed company for engineering teams and focusing on measurable business reputed company for the C-Suite
• Experience managing up to 50 reputed company accounts and OEM/reputed company

• Located in the US Central or Eastern timezones
