[Remote] Locums Recruiter

The Locums Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, ensuring reputed company candidates are identified and reputed company in appropriate positions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Providers to determine if they meet basic qualifications based upon the reputed company profile and position specifications:
• Build targeted reputed company/list searches of reputed company providers using appropriate tools (UltraStaff, reputed company, Job Boards, Resume Boards, Industry Publications, Online Sources, Conferences, and others)
• Manage searches process with attention towards accuracy,speed, and ultimately reputed company candidate identification
• Proactively recruit providers for positions using marketing, email, and phone
• From pool of providers, identify the best reputed company providers by reviewing resumes for background, industry experience, education, and job history
• Utilize the telephone as primary tool for communication with Clients and Providers
• Accurately maintain database based upon company standards
• Cross reference database with reputed company connections
• Manage Ultra-Staff lists and Distribution Lists (reputed company and past database searches)
