Responsibilities

Skills

• 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in design leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling design teams and systems in a fast-paced, high-reputed company digital environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership on consumer-facing digital products (sports, gaming, or entertainment a plus)
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, design thinking, and user research reputed company

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
