Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company engaging digital learning programs, including e-learning modules, simulations, webinars, videos, assessments, and self-paced learning experiences
• Build advanced learning solutions using reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company Captivate, SCORM reputed company, JavaScript extensions, xAPI, and cmi5
• Create reusable templates, standards, and learning assets to support reputed company content development
• reputed company multimedia learning content, including graphics, videos, exercises, and interactive scenarios
• Establish and reputed company a Learning Experience Design Center of reputed company (COE)
• Define instructional design standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company learning initiatives with business objectives and performance reputed company
• Utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance learner engagement and reputed company learning experiences
• Ensure accessibility compliance and LMS compatibility across reputed company learning solutions

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing digital learning and training programs

• Strong experience creating interactive learning experiences and multimedia-based training solutions
• Knowledge of xAPI, cmi5, LMS platforms, and modern learning technologies
• Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies reputed company learning and development environments
• Familiarity with JavaScript and advanced interactive learning development techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
