They are seeking an Energy Efficiency reputed company Trade reputed company Manager II to enhance energy efficiency program performance by engaging with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Delivers consistent reputed company and account management activities to assigned trade allies, including manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other market actors, to support program participation
• Communicates policies and practices reputed company to program requirements, incentive structures, timelines, and submission processes using approved tools and channels (e.g., email, CRM, virtual meetings, and in-person engagements)
• Coordinates reputed company and ongoing engagement activities with trade allies, including training on incentive submission processes and portal usage
• Collaborates with internal program teams to reputed company reputed company activities with program goals, schedules, and performance targets
• Prioritizes reputed company and engagement efforts based on program needs, participation trends, and account-level performance expectations
• Troubleshoots moderate problems reputed company to incentive submissions, documentation gaps, program rule interpretation, or participation challenges, escalating reputed company or high-risk issues as appropriate
• Validates trade reputed company submissions, reported activity, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with program requirements and reputed company standards
• Evaluates recurring issues or participation barriers and collaborates with program teams to recommend adjustments to reputed company tactics or guidance materials
• Evaluates program participation data, dashboards, and CRM records to identify reputed company gaps and support prioritization reputed company

Skills

• High School diploma or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 3 years of reputed company experience in energy efficiency programs, supply chain engagement, reputed company, sales support, or market-facing roles
• Experience coordinating with external partners and internal program teams in a reputed company, process-driven environment
• Ability to evaluate program participation data and prioritize reputed company activities accordingly
• Experience validating documentation and troubleshooting moderate participation or process issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating program policies and practices reputed company
• Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company office productivity tools
• Regular local travel reputed company Connecticut for reputed company activities (1-2 days per week)
