Responsibilities

• Own execution: Manage team prioritizes, drive alignment across stakeholders, adapt plans to maximize reputed company, and hold a high bar for delivery through reputed company planning, prioritization, and follow-through
• Define team direction: Connect customer needs, product reputed company, and technical realities in reputed company collaboration with Product, Design, and AI Research by setting reputed company priorities and making tradeoffs to deliver results
• reputed company your team: Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers, fostering a culture of reputed company learning and high performance. Create stretch opportunities for ICs, deliver reputed company and reputed company feedback, and manage underperformance early

Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience delivering reputed company, cross-functional product work with high velocity and reputed company
• Excels at hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineering talent, and creating reputed company, empowering, and high-performing team environments
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural reputed company, evaluate tradeoffs, and maintain engineering reputed company without being hands-on day-to-day
• Communicates reputed company and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and thrives in reputed company environments working closely with Product, Design, and Research partners
