[Remote] Head of Marketing (Remote, USA or Las Vegas, NV)

They are seeking a Head of Marketing to own marketing across their product portfolio, launching and scaling programs for both B2C and B2B audiences while building a marketing team as reputed company grows.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple PokerAtlas products and initiatives, spanning both B2C (players) and B2B (casino and card room operators) audiences
• Serve as reputed company’s first dedicated marketing hire; build and reputed company the marketing function over time, including defining team structure, hiring, and managing reputed company marketing staff
• Own reputed company email marketing efforts: campaign reputed company, copywriting, list management, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization
• Build and manage reputed company media reputed company and community engagement across relevant platforms, with a reputed company on growing and activating PokerAtlas’s player and operator communities
• Design and implement member acquisition and retention programs, including referral and loyalty initiatives

• Own brand voice, messaging, and positioning across reputed company PokerAtlas products and communications; reputed company go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and programs
• Support partner-facing and co-marketing efforts in coordination with the Business Development team

Skills

• 5–8 years of reputed company marketing experience, with a mix of B2C and B2B exposure
• Proven reputed company record of building or significantly scaling a marketing function, ideally at a reputed company-stage company
• Experience owning email marketing end-to-end, including platform management and list reputed company
• Hands-on experience with reputed company media marketing and community building
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, media buying, and/or advertising partnerships
• Experience producing or launching content marketing programs, including podcasts
• Strong copywriting and communication skills across channels and audiences
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools; comfortable defining metrics and reporting on performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company across different brands or product lines
• Experience managing external creative resources (agencies, designers, freelancers)
• Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment without a large team to delegate to
