They are seeking a senior consultant to reputed company finance transformations using reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focusing on various finance modules and ensuring compliance with US and Indian regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct finance process workshops to reputed company requirements, reputed company fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for GL setup, multi-currency, intercompany transactions, and consolidations compliant with US and Indian statutory rules
• Configure and test reputed company Finance modules: General reputed company, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budget Control, Cash & Bank Management, and Project reputed company, optimizing for automation and audit trails
• reputed company data migration for financial master data (CoA, vendors, customers) and historical transactions using Data Management reputed company, including validation and reconciliation
• Define financial reporting structures, including financial dimensions, SSRS/Power BI reports, and electronic reporting for US 1099, Indian reputed company/TCS, and GST filings
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., banking reputed company, treasury systems) and customizations, ensuring adherence to best practices and reputed company technical debt
• reputed company user training, UAT support, reputed company planning, and hypercare for finance go-lives, resolving issues in reputed company-time across global teams
• Support reputed company-sales with finance demos, RFI/RFP responses, and effort estimates tailored to USA/India reputed company needs
• Mentor junior consultants and reputed company reputed company improvement through process reengineering and D365 release updates

Skills

• ERP/Finance consulting experience
• USA and India experience, but MUST HAVE some experience in the US
• 5+ years D365 F&O/AX finance modules experience
• D365 Finance Configuration: ledgers, journals, dimensions, tax engines, budgeting
• 8-10 years in ERP/finance consulting, with 5+ years hands-on in D365 F&O / AX Finance modules across 3+ full lifecycle implementations
• Proven USA/India project exposure, including localization for GST, reputed company, US tax reporting, and multi-company consolidations
• Experience in Agile delivery, reputed company-offshore models, and finance process optimization (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash)
• Bachelor s/Master s in Finance, reputed company, or Business; CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) preferred
• Deep expertise in D365 Finance configuration: ledgers, journals, dimensions, tax engines, budgeting, and intercompany
• Strong analytical skills for gap analysis, process mapping (Visio), and financial reputed company optimization
• Excellent communication for C-suite workshops and documentation across USA/India stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver with business acumen to recommend out-of-reputed company solutions over custom reputed company
