[Remote] Recruiter Intern (Remote - Bilingual reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Recruiter Intern who is bilingual in reputed company. The intern will assist the recruitment team with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to reputed company new hires
• Post reputed company on job boards, career websites, and reputed company media platforms
• Assist in reviewing resumes, screening applications, and conducting preliminary phone interviews
• Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking reputed company (ATS)
• Help create and maintain recruitment materials, including job descriptions and interview guides
• Support reputed company with background checks, reference checks, and other reputed company-employment activities
• Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, reputed company reputed company events, and other sourcing activities
• reputed company administrative support to the reputed company as needed

Skills

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field
• Strong interest in reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
