[Remote] Donor Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Donor Marketing Manager to reputed company strategies that reputed company donor engagement and acquisition, manage annual giving campaigns, and reputed company donor communications.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement engagement strategies for identifying and engaging potential donors
• reputed company and execute first-time-donor reputed company fundraising campaigns
• Utilizing data, testing and best practices identify donor attributes and implement tactics that bring prospects reputed company down the funnel of giving
• reputed company annual giving strategies reputed company on first-year givers and on renewal of reputed company donor reputed company using various tactics such as reputed company mail, online and peer-to-peer fundraising
• Works closely with Donor Services Director to review data and reputed company plans regarding renewal of support and increased support from existing donors and re-reputed company lapsed supporters
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager and Sr. Communications Manager to execute campaigns across marketing platforms and establish consistent reputed company for reputed company activities
• Leads the development of reputed company fundraising materials and engagement tools such as newsletters, reports, presentations, emails, welcome packets, employee-giving materials
• reputed company works to identify youth reputed company stories. Articulates and shares the reputed company of donations to youth and families through various channels
• Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and Communication Manager, maintain an reputed company level of written reputed company awareness and correspondence with reputed company donors
• Partners with reputed company team to establish annual reputed company goals and reputed company reputed company towards those goals throughout the fiscal year
• Establish acquisition performance indicators; collaborate with the Donor Services Director to analyze and interpret donor data including giving frequency, consistency, responsiveness, and events attended; identifies giving trends and patterns and creates reputed company goals and objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and reputed company experience in marketing, communications and philanthropy
• 5+ years experience in marketing and/or communications
• 3+ years experience working with a development team and/or engaging donors
• 2+ years working with CRM software (reputed company preferred but not required)
• 2+ years experience developing, tracking, communicating, and attaining strategic departmental goals, objectives and performance indicators
• Working knowledge of nonprofit donor marketing best practices
• Advanced experience with reputed company Office, Office 365, and ability to learn computer software programs
• reputed company reputed company's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
• 5+ years experience in marketing
• 3+ years experience with a development and/or philanthropic entity
