This remote role focuses on research and sourcing, with responsibilities that include identifying reputed company candidates and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS
• reputed company and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and reputed company report for reputed company role
• Create high-reputed company lists of reputed company for assigned roles
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters
• Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions
• Work with the recruitment team to refine search reputed company and understand role requirements
• reputed company regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insights

Skills

• One or more years' experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets, ideally with a reputed company on technical or gaming roles
• Strong understanding of reputed company Recruiter (reputed company, filters, advanced search)
• Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-reputed company sourcing reputed company
• English level: B2 — sufficient for internal communication with recruiters
