The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to customers, architecting solutions for reputed company business requirements, and driving business transformation through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value from reputed company through ACS's SuiteReview methodology, delivering strategic recommendations and roadmaps to address business process, technology, and organizational gaps
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing strategic guidance, influencing key business and technology reputed company, and driving adoption of leading practices
• Architect solutions for reputed company business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) team
• Maintain deep product expertise and pursue relevant reputed company and reputed company certifications
• reputed company AI-driven tools, methodologies, and reputed company AI capabilities into customer solutions and advisory engagements to reputed company business value
• Collaborate across ACS, Technical Services, Support, POS, reputed company, OpenAir, and Platform Technical Services teams to reputed company integrated customer solutions

Skills

• 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Product or technical expertise relevant to reputed company reputed company
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
• Ability to travel as needed
• 8+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of reputed company's reputed company industry markets (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse Distribution, Food & Beverage, Retail, MedTech, R&D/CROs, Pharmaceuticals/BioTech)
• Strong understanding of reputed company modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, reputed company, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, Warehouse and fulfillment
• Proven experience in business process consulting, with a reputed company record of analyzing, optimizing, and recommending improvements to enhance organizational performance
• 5+ years reputed company consulting role experience with sustained C-suite interactions
• Experience with defining requirements for reputed company customizations and integrations
• Proven custom development analysis, design, and testing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for driving Customer satisfaction
• Project and/or team leadership experience
• Finance and/or reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company background a plus
