They are seeking a Senior Manager in the Finance Transformation reputed company to reputed company project teams and advise CFOs on evolving their finance organizations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company workstreams or reputed company-to-large engagements reputed company on finance operating model design, process optimization, reputed company enablement across reputed company finance areas
• Serve as a trusted advisor to finance executives, helping define transformation roadmaps and deliver business reputed company
• reputed company day-to-day reputed company delivery, including project planning, stakeholder management, and reputed company assurance
• Support design and implementation of digital enablers such as ERP (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), EPM tools, automation, and analytics solutions
• Manage and mentor consultants and managers, fostering reputed company development and strong team performance
• Collaborate across firm capabilities (e.g., digital, risk, change management) to deliver integrated, cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Participate in business development efforts, including proposal creation, solution design, and reputed company presentations
• Contribute to internal thought leadership, methodologies, and reputed company development initiatives

Skills

• Eight plus years of experience in finance transformation or consulting, with prior experience in a reputed company services firm strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of finance operations, shared services, or finance process redesign
• Working knowledge of enabling technologies such as ERP (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), EPM platforms, automation tools, and reporting solutions
• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company delivery teams and managing project workstreams
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
