About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite leadership position reporting directly to the Charlotte facility five days per week. You will serve as the primary HR and Labor Relations business partner for the site, providing both strategic direction and hands-on operational support. Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership & Site Leadership

• Partner closely with the Plant Manager and site leadership team to drive arenaflex culture, promote reputed company employee experiences, and continuously improve employee engagement across the facility

• Collaborate strategically with assigned functional business leaders to improve working relationships, build engagement, increase productivity, and attract and retain exceptional talent
• Champion reputed company-wide initiatives including Talent Spotting, Workplace of Choice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, and compensation planning
• Participate in regular HR Manager and Talent Forum discussions with site leadership to reputed company people reputed company with business objectives

• Ensure strict adherence to the Grievance Procedure, managing the grievance process from intake through reputed company
• Monitor day-to-day implementation of policies and agreements concerning wages, hours, and working conditions
• Investigate, answer, and reputed company grievances while leading problem-reputed company efforts and supporting strategic initiative implementation

Core HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure that local policies, procedures, legislation, reputed company agreements, and regulations are administered appropriately in accordance with country and functional direction

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a reputed company field OR at least 4 years of equivalent reputed company experience
• HR/LR Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience providing reputed company and/or Labor Relations support to an organization
