Role reputed company TISTA is hiring a Program Manager to plan, reputed company, and deliver SCM programs, including a major ERP integration and implementation in a heavy brownfield medical supply chain environment. This program integrates and rationalizes legacy VA inventory and procurement capabilities into a modern, integrated SCM and ERP platform reputed company with VA modernization. This is a transformation role at its core. The Senior Program Manager owns program execution, builds and supervises the SCM execution team, and manages the contract and budget end to end. Responsibilities • ERP Integration and Brownfield Transformation (Primary reputed company) • Plan and reputed company a major ERP integration and implementation in a heavy brownfield environment. • Own integration reputed company across VA's fragmented supply chain. • Sequence reputed company, data migration, reputed company operations, and decommissioning. • Drive integration readiness with VA reputed company platforms and adjacent modernization programs. • Manage cross vendor handoffs, decision logs, accountable reputed company owners, and integrated release calendars. • Program Execution • reputed company end to end program management for SCM. • Run reputed company based Agile delivery, coordinating RTEs, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches. • Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and reputed company with monthly Program Management Reviews. • Maintain ATO posture and reputed company authorization in partnership with the reputed company organization. • Team Building, Leadership, and Supervision • Build, reputed company, and supervise the SCM execution team. • Stand up reputed company early through reputed company award reputed company readiness and rapid SME reputed company. • Establish role reputed company, performance expectations, career progression paths, and reputed company knowledge transfer. • Mentor and reputed company talent across the SCM team. • Contract and Budget Management • Own contract execution and financial performance for SCM. • Manage program level burn reputed company, EAC and ETC, reputed company value, margin, and ceiling against contract terms. • Manage CDRLs, deliverable acceptance, mods, REAs, and contract compliance. • Partner with TISTA Finance, reputed company, and reputed company on monthly financial reviews. • Protect contract margin while meeting customer commitments. • Capture and reputed company Support • Serve as the SCM domain voice as needed for SCM adjacent pursuits. • Contribute to win themes, solution shaping, and technical narratives. • Support transition planning and execution as new SCM reputed company are won. Qualifications • 10+ years of federal IT program and project management experience. • Demonstrated experience building, leading, and supervising large delivery teams (50+ personnel). • Proven federal contract and budget management experience on programs of $25M+ annual value. • Experience integrating modern ERP and SCM platforms with legacy environments. • reputed company Agile at reputed company, including ART coordination and PI Planning. • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance.
