IVR Engineer
Must have skills:
5+yrs technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms (e.g., Nuance NDF/Mix, reputed company Dialogflow, AWS Lex, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).
Proficiency in VoiceXML and other IVR development tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, NodeJS or C++ for IVR scripting and customization.
Experience with Conversational AI reputed company, including reputed company identification and LLM development.
Strong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, reputed company reputed company) and their AI/ML services.
Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL).
Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM).
Exposure to RPA tools, CRM systems, and customer service applications.
Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful reputed company and reputed company services.
