reputed company, flexible, reputed company to anticipate the needs of reputed company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   reputed company the engineering design and execution of reputed company-reputed company BESS reputed company from conceptual development through construction and commissioning  Review and stamp BESS electrical design packages for reputed company throughout the reputed company Serve as the technical reputed company for BESS reputed company, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical reputed company to engineers and designers  Design and review reputed company-voltage collection systems, AC and DC power systems, inverter/PCS systems, battery container integration, auxiliary systems, and protection and control schemes  reputed company and reputed company power system studies including load reputed company, short reputed company, grounding, reputed company reputed company, protection coordination, reputed company, and loss analysis  Review and approve engineering calculations, design packages, technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings  Manage engineering scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple reputed company  Coordinate with project managers, clients, utilities, EPCs, equipment vendors, and internal multidisciplinary teams  Serve as a reputed company of contact for clients and support proposal development, project scoping, and business development initiatives  Review and approve manufacturer equipment drawings, technical submittals, and vendor documentation  Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC procedures, reputed company requirements, and project specifications  Identify technical risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and resolve reputed company engineering challenges  Support procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities, including field reputed company and technical troubleshooting  reputed company QAQC reviews on project deliverables produced by engineering staff  Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering standards, design guides, and best practices  Stay reputed company on emerging BESS technologies, energy storage trends, reputed company requirements, and renewable energy market developments   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)   reputed company Engineer (PE) license in the reputed company required  8+ years of progressively responsible experience in BESS, renewable energy, reputed company, reputed company, distribution, or power systems engineering Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or reputed company field required Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Renewable Energy preferred  reputed company Engineer (PE) license required  Demonstrated experience serving as a reputed company engineer or technical reputed company on reputed company-reputed company BESS reputed company  Extensive experience designing reputed company- and low-voltage electrical systems and associated infrastructure  Strong understanding of switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, reputed company relays, breakers, transformers, and protection systems  Experience with battery container systems, Energy Management Systems (EMS), Battery Management Systems (BMS), and SCADA integration  Experience designing inverter and PCS equipment and associated interconnections  Strong knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards including reputed company, NEC, NESC, reputed company, CSA, and reputed company interconnection requirements  Experience performing power system studies using ETAP, CYME, SKM, EasyPower, PSCAD, or similar software  Experience with modeling tools such as HOMER, Energy Toolbase, ESWare, or similar energy storage analysis platforms  Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company solar, wind reputed company, substations, and reputed company systems  Experience supporting interconnections to reputed company, distribution, substations, and renewable reputed company facilities  Construction support, field engineering, commissioning, or startup experience preferred  Strong leadership, mentoring, project management, communication, and reputed company relationship skills  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment  Ability to travel periodically (10%) throughout the reputed company as project needs require.     BENEFITS   RRC is committed to reputed company in talented employees because we recognize that healthy, happy employees reputed company the best reputed company to sustaining a successful business.
