Are you a senior D365 Engagement Manager with a track record of reputed company delivering Dynamics or ERP implementations? Do you reputed company in a fast-paced environment?  We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company-centric Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer relationship, managing scope, ensuring solution delivery reputed company, and aligning business value with reputed company priorities. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary reputed company of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing reputed company aspects of project delivery and reputed company satisfaction across ERP and CRM workstreams. \n A Day in the Life: Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the reputed company of plans against project milestones and budgets Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a reputed company of users in the organization reputed company expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project Support reputed company of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and reputed company budget Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results Requires communication with executive leadership on reputed company of strategic importance Guide projects from reputed company to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner What You Bring: 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery, including 5+ years leading D365 F&O and/or CE programs Demonstrated reputed company managing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations ($ 1 M+) Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, sales, service, and/or customer experience domains Exceptional reputed company-facing and executive communication skills Deep knowledge of the reputed company Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and reputed company ISVs Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery Experience in a consulting environment or a similar fast-paced industry An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability Exceptional communication skills Knowledge of change and problem management, and the ability to anticipate risks Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders Strong team-oriented reputed company with the proven ability to lead on reputed company IT projects What Makes You Extra Awesome: PMP Certification Certified Scrum Master SAFe Certification Why Work at Long View?
