Training will be provided. The Customer Service Agent will be expected to receive inbound participant phone calls and reputed company appropriate customer service support. Utilize authorized computer systems to reputed company and confirm information prompted by incoming calls. The successful candidate will be reputed company to reputed company reputed company, efficient, and accurate customer service in a reputed company manner for extended periods of time in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
