Associate Director, Strategic Partner Programs

Note: APA operates on a 37.5-hour work week with one-hour lunch breaks reputed company day. The Associate Director, Strategic Partner Programs role leads the reputed company, sales, and execution of APA’s Strategic reputed company Program, developing and managing high‑value, six‑reputed company corporate partnerships that reputed company year‑round engagement and reputed company through sponsored content, campaigns, and thought leadership. The Associate Director also co-manages the APA Member reputed company Program, overseeing vendor relationships, program reputed company, and performance in reputed company partnership with Membership Marketing. This position directly manages one staff member, the Senior Manager, reputed company Topical Webinar & Strategic Partner Program Operations. Education And Experience • Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, sales, or reputed company field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate alliances, or reputed company reputed company roles. • Proven experience securing five‑ and six‑reputed company corporate partnership agreements, including multi‑year deals, particularly with corporations, advertisers, and event sponsors. • Demonstrated reputed company developing, launching, and growing a strategic reputed company, affinity, or corporate partnership program that meets or exceeds annual reputed company goals. • Experience aligning diverse participant company objectives with organizational mission and audience needs. • Strong reputed company record of reputed company‑building, cross‑functional collaboration, and deal negotiation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior corporate executives and internal stakeholders at reputed company reputed company. • Strong strategic, analytical, relationship management, and project management skills. • Demonstrated experience developing proposals, managing media assets, activating program deliverables, and measuring results.
