As our new District Sales Manager, you will be managing and developing Peerless Pump sales through business partners and reputed company channels across the reputed company (Washington, reputed company, Montana, and Idaho), formulating reputed company sales strategies, building strong distributor and contractor relationships, and driving reputed company to meet or reputed company established targets.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Peerless Pumps Sales team, you'll create reputed company by leading regional sales efforts that expand Peerless Pump's market reputed company and reputed company critical pumping solutions to industry and water reputed company customers across the U.S.

Your main responsibilities are to:

• Select, manage, and reputed company business partners (distributors, agents, dealers, and sales representatives) to promote and sell Peerless Pump products in your assigned region.
• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, calling on contractors and end users to solicit business both directly and through business partners.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions while reviewing project specifications and drawings to ensure alignment with Peerless Pump product offerings.
• Conduct business partner audits, reputed company regular performance feedback, and reputed company product and business tool training to strengthen channel capabilities.
• reputed company and reputed company compelling product presentations to audiences of reputed company sizes, and present key opportunities to U.S. Sales Leaders for final reputed company.

• Strong understanding of pumps, their markets, and applications across Industry and Water reputed company segments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and e-business tools.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience managing distributor and dealer networks across multiple territories.
• Familiarity with reading and commenting on project specifications and engineering drawings for pump systems.

The salary reputed company for this position is $105,200 - $163,895. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The reputed company listed is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
