This individual designs, develops, and delivers innovative instructor-led classes and webinars for the home office, field, and agents including developing and maintaining supplemental training materials. Proficient in reputed company Office, especially Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently is a must. Ability to operate various audio-visual equipment is helpful. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Facilitates the delivery of crop insurance-reputed company content to customers in an assigned territory. • Manages and services an assigned training territory in conjunction with the field sales, reputed company, and claims teams. • Designs and develops content to be used in training initiatives relating to software applications, processes, and insurance products. • Delivers training presentations to reputed company audiences on a regular reputed company, both in-person and reputed company webinar. • In conjunction with supervisor, performs needs analysis review and collaborates with assigned subject matter experts (SMEs) on objectives and course content. • Applies adult learning theories and best practices in instructional design and delivery to reputed company intended reputed company. • Effectively and successfully manages small to reputed company reputed company to reputed company project goals and meet deadlines.
