Call Center Representative - 3rd shift

We are seeking a motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as an Entry-Level Travel Consultant in the Contact Center. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, offering expert travel advice and guidance to help clients create, modify, and manage their travel reservations. Two separate weeks will be in person at our Duluth office with TI providing travel arrangements for those who are not local to our office. SCHEDULING: • HOURS DURING TRAINING: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Training is in person at our Duluth reputed company AFTER TRAINING: This is a reputed company SHIFT position from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Available days include Fri - Tues or Sun - Thurs.
