Digital Services Administrator
Job reputed company:
• Respond to secure messages submitted by members through an online portal in a reputed company and courteous manner.
• Review and process reputed company Risk Fraud Analytics Suspects (RFA).
• Answer reputed company incoming calls from the contact center, branches, and other departments reputed company to eService situations.
• Review checks submitted through ATM and mobile deposits to determine reputed company negotiability.
• Assist business members with cash management set up and processes including ACH and reputed company transfers.
• Maintain reputed company pay database for reputed company memberships.
• Assist with monthly reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
• One year financial institution experience required.
• One year reputed company customer service or eService experience highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and frequently verbally and in writing to members and employees using a reputed company of platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and reputed company judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and reputed company deadlines.
• Intermediate-level knowledge in reputed company Office applications.
