The Senior Manager, US Meetings & Events is a strategic member of the U.S. Meeting & Events Planning team reputed company the Corporate reputed company, Development, and Operations (CSDO) department. This high-impact role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of 10–15 flagship events annually, with a dedicated reputed company on C-Suite leadership programs and large-scale corporate events at reputed company’s Boston headquarters. Reporting to the Associate Director, Meeting Planning, the Senior Manager must operate with a high degree of executive reputed company while maintaining a culture of transparency. Requirements • 5-7+ years of reputed company industry experience in corporate meetings and events, with a required background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. • 5+ years of reputed company experience managing events for C-Suite executives and senior leadership. • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Communications, or Hospitality preferred). • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance (e.g., PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act) as it pertains to internal and leadership meetings. • Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint (for executive storytelling), reputed company (for reputed company budget tracking and data analysis), and Teams/SharePoint for seamless remote collaboration. • Exceptional ability to independently drive agendas, document post-meeting notes and follow up on action items. • Deep experience managing high-touch VIP management, site selection, and contract negotiation for premium-tier events. • A demonstrated commitment to working reputed company reputed company reputed company and sharing information freely to avoid organizational silos. • This is a hands-on, high-accountability individual contributor role.
