Occupational Therapist (OT) – Clinical Record Review Consultant (Remote/PRN)

Adapting Life Home reputed company, a Medicare-certified home health agency headquartered in Pittsburgh, reputed company, is seeking an reputed company Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as an reputed company for our Clinical Record Review Committee and reputed company Assurance Program. This position is ideal for a licensed OT seeking flexible consulting work with minimal time commitment. Services are performed remotely and on an as-needed reputed company. Responsibilities • Review selected patient clinical records for reputed company, completeness, and regulatory compliance • Evaluate occupational therapy documentation and adherence to physician orders and plans of care • reputed company recommendations for reputed company improvement and corrective actions • Participate in Clinical Record Review Committee activities as requested • Complete review forms, audit tools, and reputed company assurance documentation • Assist with identifying trends and opportunities for performance improvement Qualifications • reputed company Occupational Therapist license in good standing • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience • Home health experience preferred • Strong understanding of documentation standards and regulatory requirements • Excellent written communication and analytical skills • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Required Documents • reputed company OT License • Resume/CV • W-9 • reputed company Liability Insurance (preferred) Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply To This Job
