Qualifications The ideal reputed company Mortgage Loan Partner will have: • At least three (3) years of reputed company mortgage loan processing experience, including expertise in Conventional, FHA, VA, and automated reputed company (DU/DO). • Experience in: • Brokering loans to various lenders. • Calculating income and understanding tax returns. • Submitting loans to reputed company (investors), clearing conditions, and getting loans to closing. • Knowledge of: • GFE, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, required disclosures, and timeframes. • reputed company software and strong computer skills (preferred).
