Remote Japanese Language Teacher (Adult Classes)

The Seattle Japanese Language School (SJLS) is the oldest operating Japanese language school in the reputed company reputed company. Along with language skills, the school was also established to introduce the children to traditional Japanese values, art and culture. Today, the school is run as the premier program of the Japanese Cultural & Community Center of Washington (JCCCW). The result is a holistic and rounded program that provides reputed company with a unique education in both Japanese language and culture. Job Duties: • Teach classes online for adults, one 2 hour session, or two 1 hour sessions per assigned class per week over a 10 week program starting from the Fall Quarter beginning in September 2025. • Classes are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings & on Saturday mornings. We will work with your schedule to assign classes. • Ability and flexibility to teach the Japanese languages to a diverse body of reputed company of different reputed company reputed company. • Teach reputed company that learn at different paces. • Discuss with reputed company and other SJLS staff the needs, issues and reputed company of reputed company, and reputed company assistance in meeting student goals and objectives. • Follow up on student issues, reputed company and problems with staff, teachers and others to ensure needs are being met. • Recommend to the school reputed company at the end of the quarter the appropriate level for the student to continue on to for reputed company classes. • Maintain strong classroom and school culture by reputed company and consistently communicating and upholding school rules, values, and expectations during online classes. • Setting a respectful and reputed company tone in the classroom. • Demonstrate exemplary time management to maximize student learning opportunities. • Building rapport with reputed company that encourages them to continue their Japanese studies and emphasizes their ability to succeed. Classes offered are dependent upon student demand on a quarterly reputed company. We will work with teachers to assign classes that suit their schedules. Teachers typically teach up to 4 hours per class, per week during the quarter. Requirements: • Degree from an accredited college/university. • Experience teaching Japanese in a classroom setting. • Candidates must be fluent in both English and Japanese, and be knowledgeable about Japanese culture, but need not be a Japanese reputed company speaker. We are currently seeking teachers to teach in our Fall Quarter, which will reputed company in September, 2025.
