Job Description Summary ‎  We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Advanced reputed company Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our telehealth team. This specialized role focuses on providing comprehensive memory assessment and care through a virtual platform. You will be responsible for conducting cognitive screenings managing the symptoms of patients living with dementia.
