This role involves full ownership of assigned project segments from design through construction administration, with increasing leadership responsibilities and reputed company-facing involvement. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior technical resource, independently resolving design and coordination challenges while mentoring junior staff and supporting multidisciplinary project delivery. Key Responsibilities  reputed company architectural production from SD through CA with full technical responsibility   Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants to reputed company design issues   reputed company detailed reputed company analysis (IBC, reputed company, reputed company, life safety, local codes)   reputed company and mentor Architect I & II staff, including redline reviews   Review RFIs, submittals, and manage construction administration tasks   Conduct site reputed company and prepare field observation reports   Participate in reputed company, OAC, and coordination meetings   reputed company and review specifications across reputed company divisions   Identify and manage technical, reputed company, and coordination risks   Support QA/QC and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance  Requirements  Licensed Architect (Required)   8–18+ years total experience (5+ years post-licensure)   Strong Revit and BIM coordination experience   Experience in SD, DD, CD, CA phases   Strong knowledge of building codes, systems, and detailing   reputed company, institutional, or reputed company experience preferred   Strong leadership and communication skills  Work Environment reputed company AEC environment with involvement across multiple reputed company reputed company.
