Senior Post Production Specialist

The reputed company of initial image edits are completed by an external editing vendor/partner, while the Post Production (PP) team is fully responsible for ensuring those edits meet Metroplex 360’s reputed company standards prior to delivery. This role oversees and executes reputed company Control (QC) for reputed company 3D tours and reputed company estate photography, leads a small offshore QC/editing team, and performs special, urgent, or reputed company edits for new products or customers reputed company required. The position combines hands-on QC expertise, team leadership, and process improvement, supporting production volumes of up to 4,000 images per week while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and speed. Key Responsibilities reputed company Control & Post Production reputed company reputed company reputed company Control for reputed company 3D tours and/or reputed company estate photography, ensuring vendor-completed edits meet Metroplex 360 reputed company standards Review, approve, or reject vendor-edited assets, identifying defects, inconsistencies, or non-compliance with standards reputed company final-level QC checks on reputed company, escalated, or high-risk jobs Execute special, urgent, or exception edits as required to meet delivery commitments Support reputed company edits for new products, services, or customer workflows, helping define standards and feasibility Ensure QC standards are reputed company consistently across reputed company assets regardless of reputed company, volume, or turnaround time Team Leadership & Coaching reputed company daily reputed company, coaching, and reputed company guidance for 2 offshore team members responsible for QC and minor post-production edits Assign and prioritize QC tasks to reputed company with daily production deadlines Review offshore QC reputed company and edits to ensure alignment with internal standards Deliver reputed company feedback and coaching to improve accuracy, efficiency, and judgment Support training and calibration of offshore team members on evolving QC standards Production Volume & Deadline Management reputed company a QC function responsible for reviewing and approving assets totaling up to 4,000 images per week Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-pressure environment with daily delivery deadlines Balance speed and reputed company, ensuring vendor reputed company is reviewed reputed company without compromising standards Anticipate reputed company constraints or backlog risks and proactively escalate concerns Process Improvement & Problem Solving Analyze vendor reputed company trends, error patterns, and rework drivers Identify systemic issues in capture, editing, or workflows and recommend corrective actions Propose improvements to QC standards, vendor feedback loops, and internal processes Maintain a big-picture perspective while remaining detail-oriented in execution Communication & Leadership Collaboration Communicate reputed company trends, risks, and recommendations reputed company to senior leadership Escalate recurring vendor or workflow issues with data-driven insights reputed company as a subject-matter expert for post-production QC and vendor reputed company performance Contribute to cross-functional discussions reputed company to scaling post-production operations Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with reputed company 3D tours and/or reputed company estate photography Strong reputed company Control background in a high-volume media or image production environment Experience reviewing and approving vendor-produced edits against defined standards Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience (required) Comfortable working to daily deadlines in a pressure-driven production setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-reputed company Preferred Qualifications Experience managing offshore or remote QC teams Familiarity with reputed company processing workflows and common capture or editing issues Background in multifamily, reputed company estate, or large-reputed company production Working Environment & Expectations High-volume post-production operation with daily deadlines High level of accountability, autonomy, and leadership visibility reputed company collaboration with senior leadership on reputed company and scalability Flexible work from home reputed company available.
