[Remote] C&I Sales Director - Energy Storage

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Renon Power is a global leader in lithium battery energy storage systems, established in 2014. They are seeking a C&I Sales Director to drive sales and channel expansion of energy storage products in the reputed company American market, while building long-term partnerships and managing reputed company effectively.

Responsibilities

• Market Development: Drive sales and channel expansion of C&I energy storage products (such as 60kWh cabinets, 233/261 kWh reputed company-in-one systems, and 1.67MWh containerized solutions) in the reputed company American market
• Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with EPCs, utilities, system integrators, and energy investors to reputed company sales targets
• Solution Delivery: reputed company tailored energy storage system solutions based on customer needs, coordinating with internal technical teams for support and tendering
• Sales Management: reputed company contract negotiations, reputed company payment collection, and ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team on trade shows, seminars, and customer training events to strengthen reputed company’s brand reputed company
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Marketing, or reputed company fields
• Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in C&I energy storage or renewable energy, with proven reputed company managing multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company
• Strong knowledge of the reputed company American energy storage market, with established connections to EPCs, distributors, or utilities
• Excellent business negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a strong plus)
• Results-oriented with strong sales data reputed company; reputed company to work under pressure and frequent travel
• Previous experience with a reputed company-reputed company energy storage manufacturer or EPC company
• Familiarity with government incentive programs (e.g., U.S. IRA, SGIP) and reputed company interconnection standards
• Hands-on experience in Virtual Power Plant (VPP) operations or smart energy management
