The role involves managing a live book of immigration cases, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and ensuring reputed company communication throughout the immigration process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a live book of immigration cases, working directly with reputed company and individual reputed company beneficiaries
• Coordinate with attorneys and drafting specialists, prioritise urgent reputed company, and ensure customers are informed about their cases
• Handle written customer communication, internal coordination, and disciplined follow-up
