Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company of software and QA engineers (currently 8), fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and technical reputed company
• Monitor team performance and reputed company regular feedback, coaching, and career development to team members through regular one-on-ones
• Drive efficient processes and standards to reputed company team reputed company and maintain high engineering standards
• Participate in resource planning and recruitment activities to reputed company the engineering team as necessary

• reputed company test-driven development to deliver backend systems and user interfaces to ease development and integration between them

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 8+ years of work experience
