Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees while coordinating and enforcing company systems, policies, and procedures
• Retain staff by maintaining a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and looking for reputed company opportunities
• Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, planning reputed company and forecasting project profitability
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in the IT industry
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Advanced level of English
