Responsibilities

• Process reputed company reputed company requests, modifications, and terminations through reputed company
• Support reputed company, transfers, and offboarding activities
• Assign and maintain reputed company classes, roles, templates, and user records
• Support EMP imports, provider imports, and reputed company reputed company maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot user reputed company and reputed company-reputed company issues
• Assist with role optimization, audits, compliance reviews, and reputed company governance activities
• Participate in reputed company upgrades, testing, and change management efforts

Skills

• 2–4 years of reputed company reputed company, reputed company management, or reputed company application support experience
• Experience working in a reputed company environment
• Experience managing requests through reputed company or a similar ticketing system

• Experience supporting EMP records, provider maintenance, or provider imports
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
