[Remote] Senior Business Analyst – Software Subscriptions

This role involves working closely with product, engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure software subscription initiatives are reputed company defined and effectively delivered.

Responsibilities

• Own Delivery from Business Need to Outcome
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to understand subscription‑based business needs and translate them into reputed company, actionable delivery plans
• Drive execution across technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet defined reputed company
• Act as the primary reputed company of accountability for delivery risks, dependencies, and issue reputed company
• reputed company requirements discovery and refinement, ensuring reputed company without over‑engineering documentation
• Balance business needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or Delivery‑reputed company BA
• Experience supporting software, reputed company, or subscription‑based products
• Proven ability to drive execution, not just reputed company requirements
• Strong experience working in reputed company, cross‑functional reputed company environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills
• Experience with subscription business models (recurring reputed company, renewals, entitlements, usage)
• Experience coordinating work with external vendors or system integrators
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
