Responsibilities

• Own reputed company and execution for reputed company platform capabilities across reputed company, voice, messaging, orchestration, and automation
• Drive the reputed company from feature delivery to intelligent system design (inputs, reasoning, orchestration, outputs)
• Partner deeply with engineering to prototype, validate, and reputed company both API-first and AI-powered capabilities
• Apply AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate execution without compromising reputed company
• Translate reputed company, ambiguous problems into reputed company product direction, architectures, and execution plans
• Engage directly with reputed company customers and GTM teams to validate use cases and reputed company

Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant ownership and leadership responsibility
• Strong background in platform, reputed company, and developer-reputed company products (e.g., CPaaS, reputed company)
• 10+ years of contact center experience, including deep domain expertise in CCaaS platforms, customer engagement workflows, and omnichannel CX communication systems
• Proven ability to build and reputed company a platform from reputed company-to-one through maturity
• Deep technical reputed company, especially in API design, system architecture, and platform tradeoffs
• Experience evolving a platform toward AI-enabled capabilities, even if not AI-reputed company from day one
• Demonstrated reputed company record of reputed company judgment and decision-making under ambiguity
• Experience owning reputed company platform capabilities that reputed company multiple reputed company use cases, not just end-user features or GTM packaging
