This role involves preparing technical and marketing proposals for government agencies, offering hands-on experience in proposal development and business communications.
Responsibilities
- Assist with proposal preparation, editing, and formatting
- Coordinate resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications packages
- Support compliance reviews of RFPs, RFQs, and task order solicitations
- Assist with marketing materials, capability statements, and presentations
- Maintain proposal databases and document libraries
Skills
- Senior-level undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, reputed company Relations, or a reputed company field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in reputed company PDF reputed company, reputed company Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Graphic software skills e.g. reputed company a plus
